HiFLY Pty Ltd (ABN 54 687 915 680), trading as HiFLY Mining Services, respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and our crew estimator, why we collect it, and how you can see or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• When you use the assistant on our website: your name, phone and email, and the questions and details you type. They are sent to our team by email so we can reply to you.
• When you ask for an estimator trial: your name, company, work email and phone number, and whether you confirmed your email.
• When you use the crew estimator: the roles, numbers, dates and job details you enter, the estimates you save, PDF downloads and requests for a firm quote.
• Technical information: the IP address and browser type used when an estimator link is opened, kept to protect the links we issue.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To review trial requests and send you a personal estimator link.
• To follow up on estimates and requests for a firm quote.
• To keep a record of the rates we have shared and with whom.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is stored on Microsoft Azure in Australia and our notification emails are sent through Microsoft services. We share information with other service providers only where they help us run our business, and only as far as they need it, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and estimate records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our business and legal records. Ask us and we will delete records we no longer need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to stop hearing from us. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
